In order to overcome the aforementioned problems, we have specially designed an indentation die. This indentation die can be used in conjunction with a special rubber strip to eliminate the problems in the corrugation indentation process.
1.This product is easy to trim with a knife. Selection of the world's recognized high-quality imported indentation materials.
2.The hardness of creasing rule has been specially reinforced.
3.The paste stability of creasing rule has been specially reinforced.
A.Protective adhesive plaster
B.Adhesive—Apply the adhesive evenly to creasing rule which can make it attach on die board.
C.Base film—Its thickness is only 36 micron. Strong durability makes sure that the slot width of creasing matrix keeps unchanged.
D.Creasing line—This is globally recognized preferred material for creasing.
E.Indentation groove —High precision. The deviation rate is ± 0.05 mm.
F.Bevel—Bevel design enable a smooth line edge and not easy to fold.
G.Auxiliary positioning glue —It cling to the creasing line. Not easy to fall off.
H.Positioning glue groov—It makes sure that there is no creasing fold deviation.
I.Positioning glue—Curve design enable a firm die-cutting line and not easy to fall off.
